[Guide] training for...trainers! :D
Hey theree XD
I hope sharing these thingies will actually help someone ^^
iNTRODUCTION:
This guide is made for those ones who are approaching to the mentor thing and want to train people (lvls 50 and up). Also, it offers a good path also for those who want to train eighter with parties or in solo. ^^
About the path i chose, this is just one of the many. It's studied to be continuous (without interruction or teleportations or dead moments, all the process can be done in max 5 hours of nice work.) and the 'ideal mentor' i'm talking to should be a lv around 52 with nice stats and updated equip. Nothing special, really. Just not 'weak' ^__^
Voyagers and Sharpshooters are the quickest mentors here. Still, everyone will have a situation which is more suitable for them.
There are few elementary tips everyone who didn't level just with hexa should know..i'll write them down to make the thing more complete ^^
1) the monsters who'll give the best exp are those 9 levels higher than the disciple. It's useless killing higher mobs cos they'll just give few points.
2) tell your disciple to auto follow you (alt+click on your chara) because it's the safest way to be trained. Also tell them not to run here and there if they get hit cos it's just worse!
3) since the lower levels are very easy to gain, tell your disciple to keep all the mini amplifiers they have for lv 30+
4) even if it's more complex to do, lv 41-49 disciples still give you nice rep. This guide won't arrive to lv 41-49 training but this is a nice thing to keep in mind ^_~
5) the best thing is training your disciple during a x2exp day XD
6) Before you start training someone, check the path and the monsters and get familiar with the places and the spots where monsters spawn. It's really important and can make the difference.
bEFORE STARTING:
Make sure of few things:
1) Voys, take with you at least 8 strike corals and a little less Thunders.
2) make sure your disciple has a class XD just to make him more resistant.
3) make him record his spawn everytime you're near a spawn point.
4) have with you at least some ticket to Argent City and some Old Tickets too.
I'll consider lv10 as the starting level since our disciple needs a class.
gETTING STARTED:
Ok so you're ready! Our disciple is lv10, means we need lv 19 monsters! Anyway killing all the mobs we find on our way is a nice chance too. This is our path:

As you can se, we already have a choice. Taking the souther path means arriving quicker to the lv 19 mobs we need, the Killer Shrooms. And it's a nice solution. But since this is an itinerary-training i suggest the norther path. In fact we will meet several mobs we can quickly kill and the amount of exp for lv 10 is good enough.
First we meet:
Whackly Lambs: lv: 14, amount: few, behaviour: aggressive.
Just kill the few you find and go ahead.
Piglets: lv: 10, amount: several, behaviour: not aggressive.
Just kill those you find on your path XD
Then, if we arch our way norther, we reach the Oysters and the Crabs.
Oysters: lv: 12, amount: many, behaviour: not aggressive.
Crabs: lv: 15, amount: just some, behaviour: not aggressive.
About these monsters, just pass near them and kill them, they're so weak that the thing should be veeeery quick, so no time loss ^^
Be careful with the lv. 16 Sentry Crab, they're few but aggressive. Just kill them as soon as you see them so your disciple will be safe.
Let's go straight ahead, arching a little bit south, following the north corners of the mine. We reach Killer Shrooms but firts, let's kill all the Angelic Pandas you find!
Now, with the 1st path we would have arrived sooner but we would have to stop in this spot for a while to make our disciple level. With the 2nd path you should have your disciple to lv 13-14 when you reach the Killer Shrooms. In this case, we'll have just a quick visit to these mobs!
Warning:
Killer Shrooms: lv: 19, amount: many, behaviour: aggressive.
These shrooms are not to undertake since they're so many and your disciple will be probably attacked. Make him follow you, kill them quickly and let our disciple level to 17-18 here. Then we can just go straight ahead.

This is one of the few dead paths of our training. Still, you'll meet some monsters like Piglets, Owlies and green deers. Those ones are nice for training. Kill all those ones you see. Make sure your disciple is lv 18 before you go on (If he's still not 18, have a look below to the Bandits!). Now starts the nice part of the training.
tHE REAL TRAINING STARTS NOW:

We're finally arrived in Andes Forest! Along the path we'll meet Killer Shrooms again, but very few so it's not a problem. Our main target now are the Rookie Boxeroo.
Rookie Boxeroo: lv: 27, amount: several, scattered in all the red circle of the area, behaviour: not aggressive.
[Note: if you're a voy, i think Bandits will be more convenient since they're aggressive and you could conch all of them all together ^^
Bandits: Lv: 26, Amount: many, behaviour: aggressive
This will be easy now. Just kill the mobs and your disciple will levelup very quickly. You can let him use 1 or 2 mini amplifier of strive to fasten the thing here. Let him reach lv 21.
Then, go ahead past the haven (assure he's recorded, of course!). A little bit west we find the
Mad Boars: lv: 30, amount: many, scattered in the red circle of the area, behaviour: aggressive.
Be careful with these ones! There are spots with 6-7 mobs alltogheter. If you're not a Voyager or you don't know the spawn point very well, you may have your disciple have troubles! Anyway, this is the coolest part of the training since your disciple will get loads of exp here! And particularly if you're a voy or a sharpshooter.
We can stop here for about 4 levels (even more if it suits you)..anyway there are better mobs now to go kill! XD
Let's go back to the haven. You can eighter use the teleport or go by feet, killing all the mobs you find.
We reach Valhalla Haven. Have your disciple recorded here now. In these area we find nice monsters:
Grassland Wolf: lv: 35, amount: several, scattered in the north and west areas, behaviour: aggressive.
Slowpoke Snails: lv: 35, amount: several, scattered in the nort east areas. Behaviour: not aggressive
We need these mobs just to reach lv28. You can be helped with some mini amp here. Tell your disciple to keep the HB for later ^^
Now, being lv 28, we can enter andes forest again, this time in the north west area. We find Mud Monsters and Stinging Beaks here.
Indeed, these levels are easier in mines but since we're talking about a path, it's more convenient to go back to the mine!!
Mud Monsters: lv: 36, amount: some, behaviour: aggressive.
Stinging Beaks: lv: 37, amount: few, behaviour: aggressive
We need these mobs just to reach lv 29!
tHE THOUGH PART! XD

Okay now your beloved disciple is lv 29! Nice! From now on starts the though part XD
Just head north from the place where mud monsters are, go through the river and you'll find....
Fearsome Tortoises: lv: 38, amount: many, scattred in all the area, Behaviour: aggressive.
Be very carefull now. They're resistant. There is a particular spot where you'll be attacked by about 10 of them! So, unless you're a voy or you're 56+, avoid to be in the center of the spot. In this place it's a fundamental thing that your disciple AUTO follows you (alt+click on mentor) since the place is full of bad mobs who are able to kill him in 3 hits. Also, in this place is very very important that you, mentor, know the spawn points very accurately.
**from now on, let your disciple use his mini amplifiers! **
Now you can decide how many levels you do here. 1 is sufficient since our next step are Greasy Lizard, lv 39. The choice is yours.
Greasy Lizard: lv: 39, amount: several, behaviour: aggressive.
Our target now is arriving at lv 33. Kill eighter lizard or tortoises. I think tortoises are easier since they are grouped in a certain area. Lizard are among the trees and often the view is covered.
Anyway...is your disciple lv 33? Nice..!
Follow the path i traced to find out very bad Wolves and Werewolf Warriors.
Wolf: lv: 41, amount: several, behaviour: aggressive.
Werewolf Warriors: lv42, amount: several, behaviour: aggressive.
Just be aware in this area you can also find lv 47 elite tribal warriors, lv 48 treants and lv 63 treants. Here, it's very very important you know the ground very well. If you have sufficient knowledge of the ground, this will be very easy thanks to many rivers and water spots that will allow you to kill mobs easily and in a safe way.
Our target now: reack lv 39!
Once your disciple is 39, you're at 1 step from the goal XD All you need now are...Treants ^0^
aND FINALLY........
Now you have 2 options:
1- use an Old Ticket to go back with your disciple to Valhalla Haven and then go to Solace Haven.
2- just go north, cross the Chaldea Thundra along the coast and reach the 'golden point' XD
well....i warmly suggest the 1st point to all those who are not voy and MAINLY to all those who don't know these grounds very well!
The 2nd way is very long. You can also go to Chaldea Haven but then it's difficult for your lv 39 disciple to stay alive while you try to go out of the Haven. Instead, following the east coast is long but safe. You'll just meet Wolves, Tribal Warriors, Treants, and Needles of Stramonium.
Ok now, let's do things in a tidy way XD
1st option: Now you'r at Solace Haven.

Set your compass in the right way and head south. Just beware the lv 67 Elite Werewolf Archer that is there. It's really easy to avoid him!
Now in the little red area below, you just find treants.
Treants: lv: 48, amount: some, not really close to each other. behaviour: aggressive.
This spot should be quite safe for everyone to train their disciple ^^ Have him using miniaplifiers here!
Safe the HB for lv 40 to 41!
2nd option: You someway reached the 'golden point'!
BE CAREFUUUULLL!!!
Bursting into the alive forest is NOT the solution here. I think only Voys can really handle the thing here, i may be wrong anyway. I suggest to stay at the margins of the bunch of treants. As always, have your disciple auto follow you, unless you manage to find a safe spot near a bunch of treants. I think here the most important thing is that you KNOW the place. Well...just train your disciple with mini amplifiers and the HB untill he's lv 41 and
YOU'VE DONE! ^___^
congrats! Are you ready to start it over? 8D
